This summer, SHC helped UNI Properties to obtain a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to operate a new contractor business and storage yard (Vitaly Condos) in Scott County, Minnesota. The site is now home to an approximately 32,000 square foot, 16-unit, industrial condo building with a mix of industrial and commercial business or personal storage uses.
