The SHC team is working with the Brainerd Economic Development Authority (EDA) to analyze and visualize land use within the City. Using GIS tools, design software, and market research information, we have been able to analyze and offer data-driven recommendations for development. We have also helped facilitate the sale of City-owned properties for new development projects.
