This spring and summer, the SHC team completed an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for a new residential development project in the City of Minnetrista, Minnesota. The proposed development included up to 422 detached homes on approximately 163-acres. The SHC team saw the project through initial analysis and discovery, RGU review, and the public comment period.
