SHC recently completed an Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) to study an approximately 808.2-acre area in the City of Andover, Minnesota. The AUAR Area was comprised of 32 parcels and were historically used for sod and vegetable farming.

The AUAR identified two development scenarios that planned for the full buildout of the AUAR Area. The purpose of the AUAR was to evaluate the potential impacts associated with each development scenario identified, to identify potential mitigation, and to determine if further environmental review was necessary.
