The SHC team recently helped Davey Tree secure a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to expand their operation to Eagan, MN. We assembled a site plan, landscape plan, and other application materials to for a seamless entitlement process. We worked with City staff and Davey Tree to find creative solutions for the site, and we successfully helped to secure a CUP for the project.
